Delivery and Redelivery Management

Santos Dumont provides a turnkey package whereby it manages the Delivery and Redelivery processes from definition to delivery. We focus on the execution of deliverables such as:

  • Ensuring on time delivery/redelivery
  • Monitoring and controlling cost
  • Liaising with Lessee, Lessor & MRO
  • Solving contractual & operational Issues
  • Compliance with contractual lease return and regulatory conditions

Technical Audits & Inspection

With experience in routine audits and due diligence inspections Santos Dumont provide comprehensive reports to give the customer a clear view of their current or proposed asset. Technical audits entail detailed inspections of the aircraft and records to ascertain the condition of an asset and are also performed with a view to determining key issues for transition of aircraft to new operators.

Engine Maintenance Agreements

Our Technical team has a wealth of experience working with aircraft and engine maintenance agreements, total care and warranty agreements and airworthiness management agreements.

Records Management

The Records Team offers the external management and appraisal of all aircraft records which include maintenance packages, manufacturer delivery documents and flight logs. The focus of the team is to provide a comprehensive records package that is clear and accurate so to facilitate ongoing appraisal of the asset and a smooth transition in the redelivery process.

Maintenance Prediction and Costing

Santos Dumont supplies a maintenance prediction service to Investors, Lessors and Operators, which is invaluable in forecasting upcoming maintenance events, identifying possible exposures and attributing costs to future maintenance drawdown events.
