Elena joined Santos Dumont in 2017 as an Office Administrator and was appointed Head of Administration in 2022.
With more than 12 years of experience in administrative management, Elena oversees operations and HR functions while supporting business development at Santos Dumont. She coordinates administrative procedures and systems and develops innovative strategies to streamline business processes and enhance organisational efficiency.
Prior to joining Santos Dumont, Elena held the position of Personal Assistant to CEO of Irish Progressive Services International in the Irish Life Group, where she honed her skills in executive support and administrative management.
Elena is a graduate in Business with Event Management of the Fitzwilliam Institute in Dublin.
