Justin joined Santos Dumont in 2007 as a project manager and currently holds the position of Senior Technical Director. Justin has extensive experience in Aircraft transition and redelivery management of Boeing, Airbus and Embraer aircraft and has successfully managed multiple aircraft transitions and multi-aircraft transition programs in various regions worldwide including Europe, the Middle East, Asia and the Americas. He has also managed the technical negotiation of multiple sale, purchase and lease transactions.
Justin previously worked at Shannon Aerospace as an Aircraft Maintenance Technician. From there, joined Ryanair as a Licenced Aircraft Maintenance Engineer and was heavily involved in setting up and the running of the line maintenance station at London Stansted. As shift leader at Stansted, he oversaw the day to day running of the operation with up to 30 based aircraft. He was later involved in the setup and running of several bases across Europe including Milan Bergamo, Barcelona Girona, Frankfurt Hahn and Pisa.
Justin has more than 30 years’ experience in aviation and holds an EASA Part 66 Aircraft Maintenance Engineers License for B737 series Aircraft in category B1.
