Maria Macha leads large scale aircraft delivery programs managing technical and commercial strategy, building synergy and best practices between airlines and lessors on a global scale. Maria, with more than 11 years of experience in the aviation industry, brings a combination of business and technical expertise and proven leadership skills to the role.
Maria joined the company in 2016 as Technical Project Manager in the technical team. Prior to this role, Maria worked at Aegean Airlines S.A, in technical operations, leading base maintenance projects, aircraft transitions, and held various maintenance auditing roles. She played a key role in numerous projects ranging from providing technical fleet support to optimization of productivity, efficiency and cost of maintenance operations.
Maria holds a Master of Science in Air Transport Management Degree from City University, London, UK and a Bachelor in Aerospace Manufacturing Engineering Degree from University of West of England, Bristol, UK.
